ALEXANDRA GOODRICH, MS, LAC
Hi, I’m Alex! I specialize in working with individuals navigating the lasting impacts of trauma, especially in relationships where old trauma responses are no longer serving their purpose. I offer EMDR and trauma-informed therapy in a compassionate, grounded space where your healing is the priority.
Together, we’ll work to gently uncover the roots of emotional pain, regulate and support your nervous system, and shift the thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Sessions move at your pace to encourage safety and vulnerability, because meaningful healing often begins in spaces where you feel truly supported and understood.
My goal is to help you feel more empowered and confident as you move through life and your relationships. You don’t have to navigate healing alone. Through our work together, we’ll focus on building insight, resilience, and practical tools so you can step more fully into the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and curiosity. Whether you are processing past trauma, struggling with anxiety or relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I aim to provide a steady and supportive presence as you work toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.

Therapy is not a one-size fits all.
Alexandra offers therapy as a supportive and collaborative space where clients can safely process experiences, reduce distress, and move toward meaningful healing. As an EMDR therapist, she helps clients work through past events that may still be influencing their thoughts, emotions, and relationships today. Her approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and paced according to each client’s readiness and comfort.
Alexandra believes that healing happens when clients feel both safe and empowered in the therapy process. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in warmth, trust, and respect. Using EMDR alongside other supportive techniques, she helps clients reprocess difficult experiences, strengthen internal resources, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and responding.
Clients often seek Alexandra’s support when they are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or lingering emotional patterns that feel hard to change on their own. Together, sessions focus on increasing emotional regulation, fostering resilience, and helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life they want to create.
