We accept ESA, and are in-network with Aetna and Aetna EAP plans. We are in the process of contracting with Blue Cross Blue Shield and TriWest. At this time, we are considered out-of-network with those plans and all others. However, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company if you would like to use out-of-network benefits. This does not guarantee reimbursement. To determine if you have out of network benefits call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask, "What are my out of network benefits and how do I submit claims?" Insurance plans may reimburse a portion of the rate you pay. Please be aware that you are still 100% responsible for payment at time of service.
Please do not let finances be a barrier to your support and growth! If you would like to work with us but cannot afford our rates, please reach out. Danica has a limited number of reduced rate slots, and would be happy to discuss these options with you.

We accept ESA, HSA, FSA, Visa, Mastercard

Good Faith Estimate Disclaimer:
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), which is available to you. This estimate outlines the expected costs of items and services related to your health care needs, based on the information available at the time it is created. It does not account for unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment, such as complications or special circumstances, which could result in higher charges. If your bill is more than the amount listed on your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right under federal law to dispute (appeal) the charges. You can contact your health care provider or facility to request that the bill be adjusted to match the estimate, negotiate the charges, or inquire about available financial assistance.
You also have the option to start a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). To do so, you must begin the process within 120 calendar days (about four months) from the date of the original bill, and there is a $25 fee to file. If the agency reviewing your dispute agrees with you, you will only be responsible for the amount listed on your Good Faith Estimate; if it agrees with the provider or facility, you will need to pay the higher amount. To learn more or to access the dispute form, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at (800) 368-1019. Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate in a safe place or store pictures of it, as you may need it if your bill exceeds the estimated amount.
